Roaming Specialist – Vattenfall E-Mobility

For the E-Mobility team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Roaming Specialist to strengthen the Central Back Office team. You will support and execute central roaming topics for the business unit, including CDR handling (internally and towards partners) and B2B dunning processes.
About Vattenfall E-Mobility
Vattenfall is one of the largest producers of electricity and heat in Europe, headquartered in Stockholm. Electromobility is part of Vattenfall’s long-term strategy. The E-Mobility team works closely with colleagues from Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands to provide tailored solutions for electric vehicle charging.
Our goal is to develop and market offers around charging infrastructure for both private and business customers.
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for reinforcement to drive improvements and execute ongoing optimization initiatives within our roaming processes.
You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, reducing manual work, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the Central Back Office.
Main Challenges
The team is currently focusing on reducing manual and Excel-based work by introducing automation and process optimization.
You will actively contribute to identifying, testing, and implementing these improvements.
The Team
You will be part of a small, friendly, and hands-on team consisting of three colleagues: two Roaming Operators and one Roaming Manager.
The team culture is collaborative, result-oriented, and encourages initiative and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for CDR handling towards partners
Validation of incoming and outgoing invoices
Strategically establishing the roaming business across multiple platforms to enhance market visibility and presence
Monitoring dropouts between systems (CRM, SAP-BRIM, platform)
Responsible for dunning runs towards partners
Proposing action plans based on data quality analysis
Reading, analyzing, and creating monthly reports on roaming activities
Supporting contract development and partner management
Identifying data quality issues and providing improvement reports
Carrying out system tests and evaluating developments within the roaming-related system landscape (CRM, SAP-BRIM, platform)
Your Profile
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge level gained through experience
0–2 years of relevant work experience (entry-level to junior)
Understanding of business processes, ideally in Roaming, Customer Incident Management, Customer Service, or Billing
Knowledge or experience with SAP-BRIM is a great plus
Analytical and quality-oriented mindset
Collaborative and empathic attitude with strong communication skills
Experience with agile working methods is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); German, Dutch, or Swedish is a plus
Responsible, structured, and problem-solving way of working
No specific field of study or energy sector experience required – motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn are most important
Work Setup
Hybrid working model – mainly remote, with occasional office presence
Position available only via secondment (no freelancers/ZZP)
