Rabobank is on a mission to unlock the full potential of its data. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling two high-impact squads—linQ Platform and linQ Enterprise Knowledge Graph—to deliver innovation solutions to build and scale Rabobank’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph.

Our solutions have a strong data (science) component, while being part of a bigger eco-system of connected software products and services. We need your help in the guidance and support of our agile teams so that we can get better at delivering value with every sprint.

Practical examples
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
- Advocate the changes that are needed to shorten the feedback loop;
- Organize constructive and effective conversations to resolve impediments.

- Guide and coach the linQ Platform and linQ Enterprise Knowledge Graph squads in agile practices, ensuring adherence to S@S principles;
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies;
- Detect, chase down and mediate in the resolution of impediments;
- Celebrate and share successes together with stakeholders.

Profile:
- You and your talent;
- You are a nice, friendly and approachable person;
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a dedicated (75%) scrum master;
- You have experience working with offshore/hybrid teams;
- You absolutely love the agile approach to solving complex problems and can explain why;
- You have a proven track record of successfully implementing the scrum way of working;
- You can adopt to all roles that are required from the scrum master in a team’s lifecycle;
- You have the seniority and social skills to deal with the resistance that is part of change;
- You can communicate well in both the English and Dutch language.

Additional information:
- All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
