De opdracht<\/strong><\/p>

Als teammanager HRM geef je leiding aan een hecht en enthousiast team van 17 medewerkers. Het team HRM omvat HR-advies, corporate recruitment, arbeidsvoorwaarden en rechtspositie, HR-beleid, opleidingen, Arbo\/vitaliteit en verzuim, loopbaanontwikkeling en personeels- en salarisadministratie.<\/p>

Je inspireert, coacht en motiveert het HR-team, zodat zij optimaal kunnen adviseren en ondersteunen. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de prestaties van het team en fungeert als sparringpartner voor medewerkers, management en directie.<\/p>

Je hebt brede kennis van personeelsprocessen, verzuim, de Wet Poortwachter, bedrijfsvoering en leren en ontwikkelen. Je hebt ervaring met team- en organisatieontwikkeling en het leiden van veranderingen binnen de overheid. Je blinkt uit in luisteren, duidelijkheid en hebt gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen.<\/p>
