\n \n \n \n B\n \n \n \n \n \n innen het team\n \n \n Concerncontrol,\n \n \n Risk & Audit\n \n \n is de functie van adviseur\n \n \n Administratieve Organisatie en Interne Controle vacant.\n \n \n Deze functie richt zich met name op de werkzaamheden van de Verbijzonderde Interne Controle.\n \n \n Op dit moment wordt de functie door een externe medewerker ingevuld maar deze inhuur loopt per 1 juli aanstaande af. Wij\n \n \n zijn wel aan het werven voor de\n \n \n ze\n \n \n functie maar de invu\n \n \n l\n \n \n ling ervan is nog niet gelukt.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n
\n \n \n \n \n \n Daarom gaan we opnieuw een aanbesteding doen zodat de werkzaamheden doorgang kunnen vinden.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n De wens\n \n \n \n \n \n \n vanuit VRBN\n \n \n \n \n \n \n is dat de nieuwe\n \n \n \n \n \n \n inhuurkracht\n \n \n \n \n \n \n per 01-06-2024 aanstaande start zodat er nog een warme overdracht kan plaatsvinden.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n

\n \n \n OPDRACHTDETAILS\n \n \n \n \n <\/p>\n
\n \n \n De in te huren medewerker\n \n \n houdt zich dus\n \n \n bezig met werkzaamheden op het gebied van\n \n \n \n \n Administratieve Organisatie en Interne Controle\n \n \n \n \n \/ Verbijzonderde Interne Controle. Ook het opstellen c.q. het ondersteunen bij het maken van procesbeschrijvingen is onderdeel van deze functie.\n \n \n \n
\n \n \n
\n De werkzaamheden betreffen onder andere:\n \n <\/p>\n
\n \n \n de\n \n \n algehele werkzaamheden ten aanzien van de VIC zoals de uitvoering van de detail-, proces- en systeemcontroles (inclusief uitvoeren van de\n \n \n spendanalyse\n \n \n );\n \n \n \n \n <\/p>\n <\/li>\n
\n \n \n het\n \n \n opstellen van het In Control Plan (in afstemming met de nieuwe accountant) en actualiseren controleprotocol\n \n \n ;\n \n \n \n \n <\/p>\n <\/li>\n
\n \n \n ondersteunen\n \n \n bij rechtmatigheidsverantwoording;\n \n \n \n \n <\/p>\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
\n \n \n opstellen\n \n \n van de rapportages naar aanleiding van de VIC-bevindingen en bespreken ervan met de betrokken collega\u2019s;\n \n \n \n \n <\/p>\n <\/li>\n
\n \n \n adviseren\n \n \n van collega\u2019s ten aanzien van verbeteringen inzake de interne controle\n \n \n ;\n \n \n \n \n <\/p>\n <\/li>\n
\n \n \n adviseren\n \n \n over en indien nodig opstellen van\n \n \n procesbeschrijvingen in Visio\n \n \n ;\n \n \n \n \n <\/p>\n <\/li>\n
\n \n \n vraagbaak\n \n \n voor medewerkers\n \n \n .\n \n \n \n \n <\/p>\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
