The Role
We are looking for a Global Mobility Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and can operate as a trusted advisor to the business.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of global mobility for a designated Global Business Area (GBA). You will not only manage complex international assignments, but also strategically enable talent mobility aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless and compliant employee experience.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who combines deep technical mobility expertise with strong stakeholder management and commercial insight.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Business Partnering
• Act as the go-to mobility advisor for senior stakeholders, People teams, and leadership
• Translating business strategy into effective mobility solutions
• Support bids and workforce planning with cost projections and mobility insights
• Embed global mobility into talent and workforce strategies
• Ensure employee experience remains central in all decisions

End-to-End Mobility Management
• Manage complex international assignments (from initiation to repatriation)
• Advice on packages, costings, assignment letters, and payroll implications
• Coordinate vendors and MSP for immigration, tax, and relocation services
• Deliver high-touch support to employees and managers throughout the assignment lifecycle

Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure full compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations
• Translate technical vendor advice into clear business guidance
• Partner with Tax, Legal, and other stakeholders to mitigate risk

Policy & Program Ownership
• Act as custodian of global mobility policies within your business area
• Drive consistent and fair application of policies
• Identify trends and improvement areas based on data and cases
• Support policy evolution and change initiatives

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
• Improve mobility processes, tools, and employee journeys
• Monitor vendor performance and drive service quality
• Deliver training and create clear guidance materials for the business
• Use data and insights to improve decision-making and program effectiveness

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); additional qualifications are a plus
• 5+ years of Global Mobility experience in a complex, international environment
• Proven experience as a business partner to senior stakeholders
• Strong expertise in global mobility compliance (tax, immigration, social security)
• Ability to translate complex topics into practical business solutions
• Analytical mindset with experience using mobility data for decision-making
• Proactive, adaptable, and highly collaborative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organization
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
