Description Vacancy:
Do you want to drive the bank-wide on Vulnerability Management?
In this role, you create transparency, structure, and momentum across a complex Vulnerability Management agenda. You connect security, infrastructure, platforms, and application teams to help Rabobank improve patching performance, reduce overdue vulnerabilities, and steer the right cross-domain actions.

Making a difference:
As Roadmanager Vulnerability Management, you bring vision, structure, and coordination to our vulnerability management efforts across the bank. As part of the CISO Office, you will guide the organization on the execution of vulnerability management improvements by keeping oversight and advise management. For example on automated patching and the needed follow-up on vulnerabilities.

Your responsibilities:
As Road Manager Vulnerability Management, you can help drive change by for instance:
• Project management;
• Translate the Vulnerability Management agenda into a clear project structure with milestones, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomes;
• Coordinate delivery across the organization ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and decision-making;
• Monitor progress, risks, blockers, and interdependencies, and escalate where needed to keep improvements on track;
• Provide structured reporting to management on status, impact, bottlenecks, and required follow-up actions.

Security Management:
• Identify overarching risks and steer from a broad perspective;
• Make informed decisions on prioritisation, mitigation, and long-term term planning;
• Ensure preventive are implemented in time effectively across the organisation.

With you
It's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
• Academic working and thinking level (WO);
• Demonstrated strong project management and leadership skills;
• Expertise in Information Security, specifically Vulnerability Management;
• Proven experience in IT Risk Management and Information Security within an international environment;
• Track record of managing senior stakeholders and advising at C‑level;
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and critical‑thinking skills.

Aanvullende informatie:
• Er wordt hybride gewerkt, volgens het Rabobank @anywhere principe;
• Vanwege de toenemende drukte op de Rabobanklocatie aan de Croeselaan in Utrecht is er vanaf april 2026 een nieuw parkeerbeleid. Vanaf maandag t/m donderdag kunnen externe medewerkers niet meer parkeren op het terrein aan de Croeselaan. Alleen op vrijdag blijft parkeren voor externen mogelijk;
• Let op: loondienst-midlance constructies zijn conform Rabobankbeleid niet toegestaan. Geen kandidaten aanbieden via deze constructie. Controle vindt tevens plaats tijdens de screening;
• Leveranciers van kandidaten behoren op de hoogte te zijn van de geldende wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden en de (Rabobank) cao. Deze inzet valt in schaal 11 van de Rabobank cao;
