• We are looking for 1 FTE;
• Language: English mandatory.

We're building Community College, a guide to support 100+ communities and user groups in their professionalization. To speed us up we're looking for someone who can:
• Write and re-write dozens of pages, making complex content accessible for 45.000 colleagues;
•Create content that resonates with different types of audiences;
•Work with written, interactive and video formats to make pages accessible & informative;
•Support senior Community Managers in other related projects.

•You are an expert in content (re)creation and know exactly how to best reach your audience;
•In our communications and branding we are energetic, slightly rebellious, friendly, but professional. We hope this style resonates with you;
•Active listener who can work in a structured manner in a dynamic environment;
•You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience;
•You are proactive and demonstrate ownership;
•You are strong in organizing and keeping an overview.

The team
You will work in the Community Management team with 5 other colleagues. This team is part of the CAEO Support Office, consisting of 12 colleagues in different roles. CAEO is the Chief Architecture & Engineering Office, with 180 FTEs.

The 12 colleagues of the CAEO Support Office are responsible for coordinating, communicating, and supporting CAEO themes within the organisation. Collaboration is our way of working—as one driven team within Rabobank. Some figures: CAEO consists of 180 FTE within an organisation of approximately 11,000 FTE and there are over 48,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide.

Additional information:
• All departments are working hybrid, in line with Rabobank @Anywhere policy;
• Due to congestion at the parking lot Rabobank location Croeselaan in Utrecht, a new parking policy will be introduced as of April 2026. From Monday through Thursday, external staff will no longer be able to park at the Croeselaan. Parking for external staff will remain permitted on Fridays only;
• Please note: midlance constructions are not allowed according to Rabobank policy. Do not offer candidates via this construction. This will be investigated during the screening;
• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and Rabobank’s Collective Labour Agreement. This assignment is placed in scale 9;
• We would like to receive the personal motivation of the candidate and CV in English;
• A candidate should be submitted exclusively to – Rabobank during the exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request;
• Furthermore, the candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment;
