As part of our strategic digital transformation, we are migrating our web landscape to Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore AI. To accelerate this journey, we are looking for an experienced Sitecore developer who can help us build scalable, modern and AI-enabled digital experiences.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain digital experiences on Sitecore XM Cloud.
- Design and build reusable SXA and headless components.
- Develop and optimise applications using React and Next.js.
- Contribute to the migration of existing websites towards XM Cloud and Sitecore AI.
- Integrate Sitecore with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services and external APIs.
- Help shape AI-driven content and personalisation capabilities using Sitecore AI.
- Improve SEO, accessibility, performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Coach developers and share best practices within the team.
- Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Marketers and Content Authors.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing and platform reliability.
Must-have
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of Sitecore experience.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud.
- Experience with SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator).
- Strong knowledge of React and/or Next.js.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Experience with headless CMS architectures.
- Experience building REST and GraphQL integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Sitecore Stream / Sitecore AI.
- Experience with Sitecore Search.
- Experience with Sitecore Personalize and CDP.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Sitecore certifications.
