As an IAM (Identity and Access Management) Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology within IAM. Your work will directly impact all Rabobank employees, ensuring flawless IT fulfilment, specifically focused on IAM 4 Employees. As an IAM Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of digital assets related to employee access.
Business Analyst IAM 4 Employees
As Senior Business Analyst IAM you won’t be a mere observer; you’ll actively shape the demand for technology in the world Rabobank is operating in. You’re surrounded by a dynamic team committed to pushing technology boundaries. With your collaborative mindset you are the one that bridges the gap between business and IT. You analyse requirements and engineer efficient business solutions and processes and together with your Product Owner, define the target state and develop plans to achieve it.
You and your job
As part of the IAM Tribe your key responsibility is to understand complex business problems and recommend solutions through processes and systems. You monitor the quality of work delivered by other Business Analysts and helping them to improve. You translate business requirements into designs aligned with the chosen business and IT architecture framework.
We expect you have a good, generic overview and understanding of the capabilities of IAM solutions to match needs and requirements to standards and capabilities of the tools we work with.

Top 3 responsibilities
• You translate high level complex targets into designs and a blueprint for solutions, align with Product owners, DevOps teams and other stakeholders;
• You develop dross domain solutions with high value solutions as a result;
• You Work independently within the general departmental objectives, responsible for planning and organizing the activities within the own department.
Besides that, you will be a sparring partner for business, the development team, product owner, and other stakeholders. You will be and remain abreast of the latest market and technological developments and incorporate these in the execution of your designs. You will also play a key role in ensuring the DevOps team has the right information to translate your capabilities towards a solution design.
You and your talent
• Academic thinking and work level with a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field of expertise;
• CISSP certified;
• Knowledge and implementation experience with the usual IAM protocols for authentication, authorization, user provisioning and single sign-on, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, SCIM;
• Strong creation & writing skills;
• Excellent communication in English is required;
• Requirement analysis (Master);
• Networking (Experienced).

Additional information:
• All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
• Due to the congestion at the parking lot Rabobank location Croeselaan in Utrecht, a new parking policy will be introduced as of April 2026. From Monday through Thursday, external staff will no longer be able to park at the Croeselaan. Parking for external staff will remain permitted on Fridays only;
• Please note: midlance constructions are not allowed according to Rabobank policy. Do not offer candidates via this construction. This will be investigated during the screening;
• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and Rabobank’s Collective Labour Agreement. This assignment is placed in scale 10;
• We would like to receive the personal motivation of the candidate and CV in English;
• A candidate should be submitted exclusively to – Rabobank during the exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request;
• Furthermore, the candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment;
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment;
• Pre-employment screening: If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be executed. As of July 1 2026, a new PES regulation applies. The PES is outsourced to an external party. More information can be found in Annex A. Your candidate is only allowed to start after the pre-employment screening has been completed successfully;
• When offering an independent contractor on an ZZP indirect basis, the contract will be handled via a fee-only agreement. This agreement can be requested in advance.
