Job description UX designer @Tmobile

RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback
- You are able to explain your design decisions with colleagues and stakeholders
- Collaborating with the product and tech teams to define and implement solutions 
- Advocating for your UI/UX design and interaction ideas through storyboards, user flows, and wireframes 
- Executing design at all stages from concept through to high fidelity designs 
- Building and maintaining the style guide 
- Engraining a design-driven culture throughout T-Mobile
- Mobile First Design approach, knowledge of responsive design

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years UX design experience - experience in working in complex organization is prefered 
Resource Expertise Description
- Minimum Bachelor's degree Multimedia Design & Communication
- You are creative and analytical  and are able to Creating simple solutions for complex problems
- Experience with Sketch and any popular prototyping tools (Invision, Marvel, Framer, etc) 
- Experience working with data-driven insights and conducting user interviews to lead your design process 
- You strive for thoughtful composition and pay attention to detail 
- You keep a close eye on UX design trends and patterns 
- Must have strong communication skills 
- Experience with HTML/CSS and JS is a plus 
- Experience designing for B2C and/or B2B
- Experience in working in an agile (collaborative environment and you have an agile mindset)
- Speaks Dutch and English
