Profile Senior Front End Developer

Assignment description
For this assignment you will work in a dynamic environment where innovation is part of our DNA. As an Angular developer you will play a key role in developing cross application features based on a RESTarchitecture in combination with pure front-end technologies.
Main responsibilities
• As a Senior Front End Developer you will be part of a dedicated scrum team.
• Your main responsibilities are:
• Build, deploy and maintain Angular applications within Azure.
• Coach more junior developers to craft the solution so it’s meets the requirements and design.
• Optimizing developer tooling
• Challenge business requirements.
• Be an expert on JavaScript and front end frameworks, collaborate with developers, business
• partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of systems.
• Contribute to the organization’s norms and coding standards, software design best practices,
• security and architecture strategy.
Qualifications and personal characteristics
• University or College of Higher Education degree in information technology, mathematics,
• engineering or related subjects (or comparable training).
• Angular (version 9+)
• SCSS
• HTML5
• TypeScript
• RxJS state management and observable streams
• NX, mono-repo architecture, shared code, code generation
• Storybooks
• Unit testing (jest) & UI testing (cypress)
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
• Git & Gitflow
• A proven business acumen, and a profound interest in driving value-creating innovation
• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English
• Leadership skills and structured way of working.
• Experience with integrating (mobile) applications and backend-systems.
• Some knowledge on Azure cloud

Vattenfall is op zoek naar een backend developer voor de doorontwikkeling van Nina, onze chatbot. Aandachtspunten hierbij zijn de integraties van Nina met andere systemen om haar nog meer oplossingen te laten bieden aan de klant en tevens de stabiliteit en performance. Thuiswerken is uiteraard mogelijk, maar we zitten we in ieder geval 1 dag per week met het team op Locatie (Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena).
