Details:
• We zijn op zoek naar 1 FTE;
• Bij voldoende aanbod zullen wij de rol eerder sluiten dan de aangegeven deadline in de portal. Bied dus zsm een geschikte kandidaat aan;
• Leveranciers mogen slechts 1 kandidaat aanbieden. Mochten er door één partij meerdere kandidaten aangeboden worden, dan zullen wij alle kandidaten moeten afwijzen;
• We zijn op zoek naar een Productmanager D, alhoewel de functietitel Projectlead ook passend zou zijn voor deze uitdagende rol;
• Deze rol is niet geschikt voor zzp'ers;
• Startdatum is zo snel mogelijk;
• Aantal uren per week: 36;
• Vaste kantoordag: woensdag.
Het profiel:
Voor de highlights verwijzen we jullie naar de vacature-omschrijving, maar als we het heel kort mogen samenvatten dan is de business op zoek naar de Selfstarter: een aanpakker die een initiatief kan opstarten en verder ontwikkelen door complexe uitdagingen op het gebied van dataverwerking op te lossen. Ruime ervaring op het gebied van Data Management is een must; meer dan 5 jaar. Mochten jullie zeer geschikte kandidaten hebben waarbij er twijfel is qua tarief (aan de hoge kant) dan graag overleg met ons, want het zou zonde zijn om deze direct af te wijzen. Aldus de business.
• Voertaal Engels, beheersing NL taal is een pré;
• +5 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van Data Management;
• HBO- of WO- opleidingsniveau.

Within the area Enterprise Data Products we are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics project manager to startup, define approach, coordinate and deliver on complex data & analytics challenges (projects, analysis or vision creation).
Competencies:
• Self starter: Can startup an initiative and pull forward solving complex data (handling) challenges;
• Strong collaborator, stakeholder management and results oriented;
• Areas of Data products, unstructured data, portfolio management;
• Knowledge & Experience in the field of Data management (Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Lifecycle Management, Data Engineering, Understanding of Cloud tech etc.);
• Experience with establishing a product vision & roadmap to determine priorities and next steps (think first, act later).
Candidate must have extensive experience in:
• Complex data product creation;
• Aligning data products with actual analytical use cases (o.a. GenAI);
•Large organizations with departmental dependencies;
•Scoping and being able to distill clear and concrete requirements to start delivering;
•Organization skills to bring together stakeholders.

• All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
