Details:
• We zijn op zoek naar 1 FTE;
• Bij voldoende aanbod zullen wij de rol eerder sluiten dan de aangegeven deadline in de portal. Bied dus zsm een geschikte kandidaat aan;

• Deze rol is niet geschikt voor ZZP;
• Zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal is vereist;
• Het gaat om een periode van 5 maanden;
• Vaste kantoordag is dinsdag;
• Startdatum zo snel mogelijk, ivm Freeze verwachting 15-9-25;
• Er wordt een nieuw selectiemoment gepland op 10-9 om 10.00 uur. Dit ivm de freeze.

Job description
You can make an impactful contribution as a Risk & Control Partner FEC FLR Risk & Control Partner in the field of money laundering and crime detection and prevention.

You and your job
As a Risk & Control Partner you are an interlocutor/ sparringpartner of Financial Economic Crime (FEC) colleagues in the field of risk management. You are ultimately responsible for coordinating, supporting and validating the risk management cycle. Including identifying, valuing risks and mitigating measures within the PDCA, with the aim of achieving operating effectiveness within the FEC domain. By interacting with different stakeholders within a dynamic environment, you bring everyone closer together. In this independent position of Risk & Control Partner you can make good use of your capabilities and contribute to the further development of FEC First Line Risk.

Practical Examples
• You form a clear first-line picture of the quality of risk management within FEC;
• You make an important contribution to strengthening risk and quality awareness;
• You monitor a good quality registration in our risk management tool (Archer).

Your top 3 responsibilities
• Timely identification of risks and obstacles that (may) affect the achievement of the agreed objectives;
• Coordinator of the quarterly IRR report – integrated risk report;
• Supporting in completing projects, including closing with Milestones with relevant evidence.

The First Line Risk (FLR) & Control Partners is a team under construction in a dynamic environment. The outline of the team’s strategic framework is clear. Within this framework there is room for your own interpretation in close cooperation with your fellow RCP colleagues. The dynamics offer plenty of opportunities, but also require flexibility. Not your typical nine to five job. Team consists out of 20 people.

Customer focused, collaboration, result-orientation and persuasiveness are essential for the role of Risk Control Partner. . That is why it is important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:
• Minimum HBO working and thinking level, with demonstrable professional knowledge in the field of risk management (Risk Control Framework and the Risk Management Cycle);
• Experience with the Risk domain;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, verbal and written;
• You are a constructive and critical sparring partner for management and you can deal with resistance;
• Striving for results, solution orientated, analytical skills;
• You enjoy working together and that goes beyond the necessary coordination.

• All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
