Contribute to the calculations and reporting on Interest Rate and Liquidity Risk for Rabobank’s 600 billion+ balance sheet.

You and your job
The assignment concerns a greenfield implementation of data processing for QRM. By making the correct mappings and transformations QRM should be able to generate the correct cash flows. You play a key role by ensuring the contract data is handled correctly in IRRBB calculations .

Tribe Treasury ALM facilitates the wider Treasury department by providing key ALM metrics and analyses. As QRM Onboarding Specialist you will be part of the ALM Engine Area, which is the area where the strategic ALM tool QRM is positioned. In both the Area and the Tribe we have a mix of competences, ranging from IT developers to QRM modellers. You will be part of Chapter QRM, which is a young and international group of 30+ QRM configuration and reporting professionals.

• Relevant QRM data onboarding experience;
• Knowledge of financial market products and how these are modelled;
• Able to work with large data sets and software such as SQL;
• Helicopter view of the banking business;

ZZP-opdrachtomschrijving:

• Welk resultaat wil je (voor jezelf) realiseren?
Het realiseren van een nieuwe correcte dataverwerking met ingebouwde controls voor de GRFD2 data en de New York onboarding. IT is verantwoordelijk voor de dataverwerking. De zelfstandige voor de requirements en checks in QRM.

• Wat is de beoogde situatie op de einddatum?
Starten in Maart 2026 tot Feb 2027. De beoogde situatie op de einddatum (Feb 2027) is dat er in strategisch dataplatform CDS een nieuwe dataverwerking is opgezet voor de GRFD2 data en de New York data.

• Welke specialistische kennis is benodigd?
Om de juiste specificaties voor IT op te kunnen stellen is diepgaande specialistische kennis vereist van het balance sheet management systeem QRM. Het is noodzakelijk om exact te weten hoe datavelden doorwerken in QRM berekeningen. Deze kennis is zeer zeldzaam.

• Welke rol gaat de zelfstandige binnen het project vervullen en hoe verschillen de werkzaamheden van de werkzaamheden van werknemers?
De zelfstandige zal per product specificaties opstellen voor de dataverwerking. Vervolgens zal hij de data in QRM testen om te verifiëren dat de volledige keten goed werkt. Het is een change project met een einddatum, niet onderdeel van ons reguliere werk. Het reguliere werk is het draaien van maandelijkse productie (IRRBB & CSRBB rapportages).

• Is de zelfstandige vrij in de bepaling van de tijd en plaats van de werkzaamheden voor zover mogelijk?
De zelfstandige is flexibel om te bepalen wanneer hij werkt en waar. Voor de efficiëntie is het wel gewenst dat hij tweemaal per week samenwerkt met het projectteam op kantoor.
