Senior Business Analyst – Time Recording
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a key role supporting the major rollout of a global time recording system. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the deployment of applications and integrations across diverse geographical locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration within the commercial risk business.

What the day will look like
- Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships by working directly with in-country colleagues to understand their time recording processes and requirements.
- Analysing local time recording processes and requirements to identify and justify necessary deviations from global processes and solutions.
- Producing a range of business analysis deliverables, including business requirements, process diagrams, use case diagrams, user stories, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and high-level test cases.
- Liaising with Product Owners and Solution Architects to ensure the solution design and development process is efficient, effective, and transparent to the business.
- Experience in large-scale insurance projects, with strong knowledge of insurance concepts and terminology.
- Experience with time recording system implementations; experience with Workday GTT is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior business and technical subject matter experts across multiple time zones.
- Cultural awareness, flexibility, and empathy to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Curiosity and critical thinking skills to influence decisions in alignment with program strategy.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership and leadership of assigned workstreams.
- Ability to maintain a strategic “big picture” perspective while also drilling down into detailed analysis when required.
- Advanced business analysis expertise, with strong analytical capability to translate complex subjects into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Understanding of data privacy legislation, GDPR, and Privacy Impact Assessments.
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: German, Dutch, or French.
- Excellent documentation, authoring, and review skills.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and maintain trust at all organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) is desirable.
