Important:

• We are looking for a senior expert in talent processes/programs. We are not recruiting, but focusing on high potentials. We are a dedicated talent expert (succession planning, high-potential identification). Ideally, we have experience with Workday, Rabo experience, or experience at another financial institution or company with more than 10,000 employees;
• Demonstrable experience implementing this in large global organizations is required!;
• Preference for candidates with Workday experience.


Job Description
As Senior Product Expert Talent, you will be responsible for accelerating the global execution of Rabo's Talent strategy. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of approximately 12 professionals, working together to accelerate our talent strategy and drive the annual performance cycle.
In your role you will design, optimize and implement talent management processes, policies and tooling to support (HR) business to identify, develop, match, and stretch high-potential talent. You will work closely with key stakeholders and you will partner with HR Business partners, Talent managers and line managers to build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.

Additional information:
• All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and Rabobank’s Collective Labour Agreement. This assignment is placed in scale 11;
