Take action:
• Act as a leader and coach to challenge teams and individuals on value delivery;
• Support the professional and personal development of your team members;
• Take responsibility of the deliveries of your teams;
• Act upon impediments blocking team performance or value delivery;
• Drive improvements and consistency in processes for the broader software solution department;
• Accurately represent the wishes of your teams to other parties within the company.

The Team
The Software Solutions department is organized according to scrum, with currently 26 (multidisciplinary) teams delivering software or a specific complementary capability. As Team Lead you direct up to four of these teams. The teams are to a large extent self-organizing and consider craftsmanship of great importance. The teams are divided amongst 7 Team Leads. A new change governance will be implemented in the coming months. You will help and guide co-workers and teams through this transition by looking after personal interests and objectives and continued team delivery. Teams collaborate on change within (and across) value streams. You display leadership, provide direction, and support the value stream by overseeing the Software and Test Engineers in their delivery processes. You ensure the teams are correctly staffed and provide coaching and guidance to deliver concrete value every consecutive sprint.

• Anticipate staffing gaps due to long-term absences (e.g., sickness, leave) and lead proactive hiring or resource allocation to ensure uninterrupted team performance;
• actively contribute to the Software Solutions management team, representing your teams and helping shape departmental strategy and priorities
This is complemented by:
• The ability to propagate Triodos core values, mission and vision from ICT professions;
• Relevant work experience in similar roles;
• Competent communication skills and organizational sensitivity;
• Strong command of the Dutch and English language.

Additional information:
• A candidate should be submitted exclusively to – Triodos, MAX of TWO candidates per Supplier;
• Salaryscale 17 €5984 - €7480 based on 36 h/pw;
• The submitted documents i.e. resume and motivation letter can be submitted in Dutch or English;
• The vacancy will close earlier when we have received enough candidates;
• Furthermore, the candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment
• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and the CAO banken;
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment;
