Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Pega Engineer in our organistaion, you will spearhead our FEC initiatives, driving the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our systems and processes. You will lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and developers, to deliver state-of-the-art systems that enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include among others:
• Translating business requirements into scalable and robust Pega-based solutions;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives;
• Conducting thorough system testing, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability;
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Pega platform updates, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Pega Engineer, working on complex projects and handling end-to-end implementations;
• Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions;
• Constellation Experience is a great plus!;
• Great vision on the way of working in a DevOps environment;
• Proficiency in system integration, web services, and API development;
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and provide innovative solutions;
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to bring along people in your vision.We would like to receive a motivation showing the required competencies.

• All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
