Centrally organized in Utrecht with main regional centres located in London, Sydney, Singapore, and New York. This vacancy is held within the Ansible Automation squad, part of Rabobank Foundation4Tech’s Information-as-Code area.

Making a difference
• The activities range from providing a 24/7 AAP automation service for hundreds of application and platform teams across the bank until developing all new automation needed for seamless development and delivery by these teams;
• Work in an international environment with our AAP automation platform team based in our offices in Utrecht and London;
• Security is at the hart of what we do, your security mindset will contribute to a stable and secure Rabobank;
• All in a 9000+ on prem server environment.

Your toolkit consists of:
• Multiple years of experience in a large sized (9000+) complex infrastructure environment;
• An attitude that you will automate your way out of everything;
• Experience with automation tooling preferably Ansible Automation Platform (AAP);
• A profound understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems;
• Your understanding of Security and Compliance on Linux or Windows platform;
• Experience with Security tooling preferably CyberArk an Qualys;
• Knowledge and experience with Scrum / Agile working;
• You are resourceful, flexible, analytically strong and when needed critical;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
• High proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English;
• IT Operations. Understanding IT operations activities and tasks. Familiar with ITIL and ICP (Incident, Change, Problem).

We always strive for the most lean way, achieved by automation, common sense and always keeping in mind what is in the best interest of the customer. In addition, it's important that you recognise yourself in the checklist below:
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable environment, ideally in the financial business area;
• You get excited when you see your impact on the implementation and use of automation in a large scale environment like ours;
• Experience with Agile Scrum frameworks / methodologies.

Additional information:
• All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
• ⁠Please note: midlance constructions are not allowed according to Rabobank policy. Do not offer candidates via this construction. This will be investigated during the screening;
• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and Rabobank’s Collective Labour Agreement. This assignment is placed in scale 9;
