HR International Payroll Specialist:

As a bank we are in transition towards OneBank, operating over five countries but acting as one, therewith creating more international collaboration and international positions. This also means increasing payroll complexities for our internationalizing co-worker base. To further improve on our cross border working and international payroll process, we are already supported by EY and Hilbrook, but are in addition looking for an experienced professional who can help us coordinate this process of cross-border working, along with the consequences for taxes, social security, international remuneration and immigration across the countries. Acting as a SPOC and also ensuring a good and solid reporting on the growing number of group positions working abroad.
How you will make a difference
The essence of the role is to oversee and manage the operational payroll process across countries on cross border working. You ensure a solid and properly governed international payrolling process.
As said before, you will work closely with our external advisors EY and Hilbrook, where our payroll administrative process is outsourced to. But your role will manage this process from Triodos, acting as a SPOC and reporting over this process.
As a part of your daily tasks:
• You will advice HR and management on the cross border working options;
• You act as a single point of contact and advice cross border co-workers on terms & conditions of cross border/ international working (i.e contractual matters, fiscal and legal consequences and align with Tax and Legal);
• Act as a point of contact to tax advisor for outsourced payrolls (France, Luxemburg), and including 13th payroll run in the Netherlands for co-workers from Triodos branches) and yearly tax returns;
• You will internationally process (and coordinate) the split payroll process in NL for cross border co-workers and align with HR departments in other countries;
• You will manage cross-border working requests from the business and investigate different possibilities in line with (international) regulation and our own cross-border working policy, translate this into functional requirements and align the realization with internal and external stakeholders.

Connect closely with HR colleagues across the Triodos group in all 5 countries
Furthermore, it is expected that you:
• Have a proven track record in Dutch and (some) international payrolling;
• Have a good understanding of global mobility (or are interested in and willing to learn about it)
• Are able to drill down in financial load administration quickly and thoroughly;
• Have an analytical mind, are well organized and hands-on;
• Are a strong communicator in Dutch both speaking and writing, including a proficient level in English in both speaking and writing;
• Have an education in Payroll administration (in Dutch PDL);
• Preferably bring previous experience as international payroll specialist, preferably within an international HR context.
Your future colleagues
You will be reporting directly to Head of HR Service Delivery and cooperate closely with the HR administrations in all countries. Also you will find close collaboration with EY and Hilbrook as our external providers, and with our HR Data team for our EDW and reporting tooling.
The broader HR team across Triodos Group consists of 50 co-workers in total. For our reporting purposes you will deal with the personal and HR related data of our international working co-worker base existing of approximately 100 co-workers over five countries.
Additional information:
• A candidate should be submitted exclusively to – Triodos, MAX of TWO candidates per Supplier;
• Salaryscale J €4429 - €6315 based on 40 h/pw;
