Your Role
Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for translating business needs into clear functional requirements? As a Product Manager / Business Analyst in the FEC TM CS team, you play a key role in shaping, optimizing and implementing the Transaction Monitoring Alert Handling process. You as the vital link between business and IT, working closely with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, define functional system requirements and processes, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
• Analyze business processes and translate them into structured functional requirements for workflow system Pega;
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights;
• Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
• Perform user acceptance tests, provide demo’s and ensure the changes are roll out into production;
• Validate that the implemented solutions meets business needs, request feedback from users;
• Prioritize features and improvements based on risk, value, and feasibility;
• Ensure alignment with compliance, risk appetite, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager, preferably in FEC Transaction Monitoring;
• Experience with workflow systems, ideally Pega;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams;
• Understanding of Agile WoW, LeanWe would like to receive a motivation showing the required competencies.
