Wij zijn op zoek naar een Productmanager E voor één van de Data & Analytics teams. Vanwege groei is de Squad opgesplitst in twee delen waardoor er de behoefte is ontstaan voor nog een Productmanager. Zeer belangrijke soft-skills voor deze rol, zijn: de vaardigheid om makkelijk contacten te leggen, flexibiliteit, anderen makkelijk meekrijgen in het verhaal, stakeholders managen.

• We zijn op zoek naar 1 FTE;

As a Product-manager Data & Analytics, you'll work on steering an advanced model building squad which focus on data-driven sales models.
The squad has two major tasks. First the discovery and exploration of new models for acquisition, cross-sell and churn on specific retail client populations and secondly the devops of our underlying data & model engine for these models. This engine is shared with a second squad who uses this engine for business client models (acquisition, cross-sell, churn, pricing).

Besides managing the delivery of the squad you will also be responsible for developing the future strategy of our data-driven sales engine for both retail and business clients.

Practical examples
• Work directly with (internal) customers to learn how processes and systems work;
• Be accountable for the delivery and the quality of our effective data-driven sales models on acquisition, cross-sell and churn;
• Making sure the underlying data & model engine is fully operational and fit-for-purpose including compliancy and security;
• Steer and collaborate with team members to solve critical or complex problems within given timeframes. Facts & figures;
• 36 hours a week;
• 100+ colleagues within our Area.

Top responsibilities
• Create strong alignment and commitment with stakeholders on business solutions which provide business value;
• Realize high quality and highly scalable Data & Analytics solutions based on our data-driven sales models engine for sales effectiveness;
• Operationalization and optimization of the engine for our data-driven sales models, ensuring scalable deployment and robust performance monitoring;
• Guide the team in delivery within strict timelines;
• Define a future-proof strategy on the product;
• Ensuring solutions are compliant on internal and external regulations.

You and your talent
• You have at least 5 or more years of experience working as a product-manager;
• You have a proven track-record on building and bringing Data & Analytics solutions to production;
• Experience with sales models (acquisition, cross-sell, churn) is preferred;
• You have experience leading Data & Analytics teams and tech projects, coaching others, sharing knowledge and implementing best practices;
• You’re able to define and present strategic plans to executive teams Data & Analytics teams;
• You communicate well in the English language (both spoken and written);
• HBO+.

• All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
