Job Description
As Product Manager Talent & GROW, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy and policies around talent management and performance development (GROW). You will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 12 professionals, working together to accelerate our talent strategy and drive the annual GROW cycle. In close collaboration with your team and key stakeholders across the business, you will design, prioritize, and implement impactful processes, programs, and tools to identify, develop, match, and stretch high-potential talent. You will partner with HR Business and line managers to build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring the right people are in the right roles. To succeed, you will foster a high-performing team culture and translate organizational and business needs into clear, actionable deliverables. You will work closely with colleagues across the Area and Tribe, strategic HR Business Partners, the Talent Management team, and Senior Leadership.

You & Your Role
• Be part of the Area Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth;
• Lead a dynamic, cross-functional project team including product experts, marketing & communications, and Tech4HR professionals;
• Directly manage and coach a team of 9 product experts, while providing indirect leadership to an additional 4 colleagues;
• Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and user needs.

Top 3 Responsibilities
• People management of 9 product experts on Learning & Development, Talent and GROW;
• Accelerate the realization of our Talent execution plan;
• Continuous delivery on GROW and various talent development programs.

Additional information:
• All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and Rabobank’s Collective Labour Agreement. This assignment is placed in scale 11;
