About the Role
Within the Accelerating Profitable Transitions (APT) solution space, we are looking for a hands-on professional to support the exploration, validation, and preparation of potential new products and services.
This role is positioned in the early experimentation and validation phase and plays a key role in bridging business, technology, and risk-related stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the research, analysis, and validation of new business opportunities within the APT domain.
- Explore and assess solution options, including process impacts, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop financial business cases.
- Prepare and structure documentation related to Risk, Privacy, Security, and Compliance, aligned with the experimentation and validation phase.
- Translate insights into clear business requirements, process flows, scenarios, and complete innovation funnel entry materials.
- Ensure a structured and comprehensive handover to the implementation and delivery team.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or new business development.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with experience in opportunity discovery and concept validation.
- Possesses excellent advisory and stakeholder management skills, including structured communication with internal and external (B2B) stakeholders.
- Has experience in financial risk mitigation, requirements gathering, process design, and producing high-quality handover documentation.
- Works effectively with Risk, Compliance, Security, and Architecture stakeholders.
- Is communicative, accurate, and collaborative.
- Is comfortable working in an international environment and coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Is fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is considered a strong advantage.
