FEC is strongly committed to unlocking the full potential of GenAI and Agentic AI across its organisation. Yet to truly amplify impact, speed-up delivery, and realise the next leap in value, we need a dedicated roadmanager.

As Roadmanager GenAI & Agentic AI, you play a pivotal role in driving this next stage of maturity. You are responsible for maximising impact and securing business value across FEC. This temporary assignment is designed to bring structure, momentum, and accountability to the GenAI agenda, ensuring adoption and measurable value realisation throughout the chain.

Your mission is to ensure that:
• FEC Tech delivers the required GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities;
• the FEC Domains implement and adopt them effectively, and;
• the value is measured, realised, and embedded into BAU.

You set priorities, create structure, maintain delivery momentum, escalate blockers, and hold both business and tech stakeholders accountable. You lead the execution of the GenAI roadmap while ensuring adherence to compliancy guardrails (AI Way of Working) and safeguarding compliance and ethical standards.

This role is specifically aimed at enabling long‑term sustainability: once the programme matures, the organisation must be able to continue without this role.

Your Responsibilities
•Translate strategic ambitions into a prioritised, value‑driven GenAI and Agentic AI roadmap;
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of high‑value GenAI use cases, ensuring timely and effective outcomes;
• Ensure clear commitments and accountability across business and tech teams;
• Remove impediments, escalate when necessary, and maintain delivery pressure. - Prepare the organisation for a seamless transition to BAU, eliminating dependency on this role;
• Collaborate extensively with senior business and tech stakeholders, including the FEC Global Heads, their MT-members and the FEC AI Officer;
• Shape the roadmap for Agentic‑AI‑enabled workflows across the FEC organisation.

Your success
You are successful when:
• High‑value GenAI and Agentic AI use cases are delivered, adopted, and demonstrating measurable business value;
• There is ongoing cross‑pillar commitment and engagement for the GenAI agenda;
• Teams operate with a delivery‑focused mindset without compromising compliance or ethics;
• A clear, endorsed roadmap for Agentic‑AI‑enabled workflows is in place and future‑ready;
• GenAI and Agentic AI become sustainable BAU capabilities, no longer dependent on a programme‑level roadmanager.

Your Profile
You are a strong, senior delivery leader capable of steering complex, cross‑functional initiatives with confidence and authority.

You bring:
• Proven experience leading large, complex, tech‑driven programmes in financial services (8+ years of experience, of which at least 2 leading complex projects);
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, influence, and align multidisciplinary teams without formal management lines;
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills, including influencing senior leadership;
• A structured, results‑driven approach, with the ability to identify and act upon (delivery) risks in a tmely manner;
• Deep understanding of AI concepts and their application in operational processes; GenAI/Agentic AI experience is a plus;
• Familiarity with workflow‑management systems like PEGA is an advantage;
• Fluent English (Dutch is a plus).

Your Environment

• The FEC Global Heads guiding strategy and governance;
• MT members and Pillar Leadership responsible for business adoption and execution;
• CFO Controllers and Finance partners, ensuring financial oversight, value tracking, and integration of GenAI impacts into financial processes;
• Tech Leads, Architects, and the developments squads delivering GenAI and workflow capabilities;
