Domain Tech4D&A
Within the CITO division Engineering & Enterprise Tech, the domain Tech4D&A is the main driver behind the data-driven enterprise and enabler of Rabobank's most strategic objectives: FEC, Customer Insights, Compliance, and Sustainability. The objectives of Tech4D&A are:
- Delivery of platforms and standardized services with a Rabobank-wide impact;
- Development of sustainable and standardized Data and Analytics products;
- Setting standards and creating building blocks to ensure high-quality development processes and product delivery;
- Enabling other departments by actively collaborating on the delivery of D&A products and solutions.
Domain Tech4D&A provides all IT resources, tools, and capabilities for domain Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO). This domain is divided into Tribe Gobal Data & Analytics Platforms and Tribe Data & Analytics Products and Transformation.
Your Role: Driving Agile Excellence Across Global Teams
Rabobank is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead and coach multiple (offshore) teams within the Enterprise Data Products area of the Data & Analytics Products and Transformation (DAPT) tribe. You will play a pivotal role in enabling high-performing teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative data products that support Rabobank’s strategic ambitions in areas such as Financial Economic Crime (FEC), Customer Insights, Compliance, and Sustainability.
As a Scrum Master, you are not only a facilitator of Agile ceremonies but a true servant leader who fosters a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and engineering excellence. You will work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment, remove impediments, and drive value delivery.
Your Impact
- Guide and coach multiple cross-functional teams (including offshore) in Agile practices and the Scrum framework;
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning;
- Drive the maturity of Agile practices across the area, including the implementation of Scaled Agile (SAFe or LeSS);
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and team health checks to improve team dynamics and performance;
- Act as a change agent in a fast-paced, complex environment, helping teams and stakeholders embrace Agile values and principles;
- Collaborate with platform teams and enterprise stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of data products;
- Support the transition from traditional data ingestion to Data as a Product principles, with a strong focus on DevOps and automation.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in complex, enterprise environments with offshore delivery models;
- Proven experience in coaching multiple teams and driving Agile transformations;
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels;
- Certified in PSM I/PSM II (Scrum.org) and preferably SAFe and/or LeSS;
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps culture, and data product development;
- Fluent in Dutch and English (minimum B1 level in both);
- Experience in the Data & Analytics domain is a strong plus.

- All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
